The STATIC pre is a two-stage tube preamp. Stage one does the gain, stage two adds the color — a little harmonic bloom that makes digital sources sound less like spreadsheets.

stage 1 clean gain, low noise stage 2 tube color, selectable tubes 12AX7, NOS where we can find it output balanced XLR + RCA
What it does
Run a drum machine, a synth, or a whole mix through it and the edges soften. Not muddy — warm.
